to discuss information important to the residents of Forest Park. On this page,

The Homeowners Association includes several committees
dedicated in their commitment to providing the residents with quality services.
Your input as a resident is a valuable asset to all those residing here. Please
direct any questions, comments or suggestions to our management company,

Review requests from residents
for architectural alterations and additions to their homes. Perform
periodic inspections of the exterior of each home in the community for
violations of the architectural rules and regulations |
Provides recommendations to the
President and Board of Directors on all Forest Park financial related
issues, such as budgets, capital planning, reserves, investments, and
operating costs. |
Works in coordination with the
Community Manager to maintain the up-keep and the up-dating of the communities
communication mediums. Mediums such as the website, newsletters, Toll
Free Hotline, and the Acadia Bulletin Board are just a few.

The Recreational and Events
Committee works to come up with ideas and plan community sponsored
events, to include recreational activities.
Additionally plans and facilitates activities and use of the Forest Park
recreational common areas. |
