2012 Spring Home Inspections It’s almost that time of year again! Time to get out and check your yard and house for winter damage that will need repair. RH1 Management will begin inspections of each home and lot (weather permitting) beginning in April. Where possible, all properties will be reviewed from the common areas; however, it may be necessary for us to enter your lot. If you see us, remember, we are only inspecting homes. Homeowners will receive a letter detailing the inspection results. Start today and get a head start on inspecting your property and contracting for needed work before it becomes a violation. The 2012 Spring inspection will consist of the front and rear of the house. Items to be inspected are shutters, missing downspout and gutters, loosened and/or missing fence boards/rails, missing house numbers, and overgrown trees and grass. Thank you for wanting to take care of your neighborhood and your investment. Your Homeowner’s Association greatly appreciates your help. Please contact Yolanda Henderson at 703-221-5405, EXT. 2003 if you have any questions or need assistance with this request.
Best regards,
